Design Process
Creative Studio is dedicated to provide you with a fair, simple and straight forward web design. Whether an individual or a firm seeking our services, the web design process is the same - professional and custom tailored to each client needs. No matter your level of understanding of the web we will guide you through the whole process.
Some of the common steps we take with our clients in order to successfully, design, implement and launch your website are listed below. Sometimes clients will need more in depth help to launch their website and we are glad to go the extra mile to accommodate all our clients.
Step 1: Web Design Sheet - Our wed design sheet will ask you questions in order to get you thinking outside of the box with regard to your site. There are probably things that you hadn't thought of that might be important in the design of your site. Also, it will help you organize what you need and require to successfully envision your website.
Step 2: Initial Consultation - The consultation is a brainstorming and fact finding session where we go through the completed worksheet and discuss your needs in depth. During that session we help you to determine your needs as well as who your target market is for the website and we'll fine tune on what the features will be. On the basis of your needs, we determine the price of your website.
Step 3: Initial Layout - If the price and features are acceptable to you, we will prepare our web design contract. An initial concept/mockup of your website is created based on information you gave us in your web design worksheet and initial consultation. You will be given the opportunity to make revisions to the initial layout before we complete the site.
Step 4: Web Site Content - You will be required to provide us with all textual content and photographs. It may be a good idea to get your content ready while we are working on your mockup, as we will need it in order to complete the site once the HTML template is created. If you need help with your content we can do that as well. You will be given the opportunity to make revisions to the content before we complete the site.
Step 5: Web Site Completion - Once the site is complete, you will be given the opportunity to go through it and prepare a "quality control" list noting any errors or omissions that need to be corrected. We do have a quality control in place but sometimes it takes a different person not involved in the project to find this mistakes.
Step 6: Web Site Launch - Once the site is complete and we have received your final approval, we will make the website live.
